When we met Bob to purchase a home in Sedona, we never planned that within 2 weeks my husband would have a severe stroke. We found the perfect house but everything was put on hold while we spent several months between the hospital and rehab. Shortly after the stroke I emailed our family and friends letting them know our life-changing event. Bob was one of the first people to respond and provided continued telephone and email support during these trying times.
When we returned to Sedona I looked for rentals but could not find one that fit our needs. Although Coldwell Banker does not handle rental properties, I called Bob to explain my desperation in locating a place to live. Within a few minutes, Bob asked others within the Coldwell Banker office and linked me up with a short-term rental less than a mile from the rehab facility. This is a win-win situation for both owner of the property as well as for me.
After a few more weeks, my husband and made the decision to continue with the purchase of a home. Due to unusual circumstances our "perfect" home was taken off the market for a period of time, but recently re-listed. Even though my husband is still in rehab, it has been very important for both of us to keep him involved with the negotiations and contract. Bob has not only been a great realtor but wonderful friend as we went finalized the purchase of our new home. AND we closed the sale within a couple of weeks from the start to finish.
There are not enough words to express our gratitude. THANK YOU Bob for the extra care and support to allow this happen!
